Speak Up! Project is a passion project I founded in 2015. Since 2011, I travel locally and internationally to speak to the youth on various social and spiritual issues. Over the years, I noticed that many youths lack one key element: self-confidence.

Lack of self-confidence is especially an issue with the youth when it comes to soft skills, especially in communication. Using that as a focus point, I started the project to help the youth build unshakeable confidence through the Speak Up! Project’s communication skill development programs.

I have been vlogging on Youtube for 7 years now. In those 7 years, one of the most common questions I get is, "How did you become a Youtuber?" In the beginning, I thought it was just a simple question of explaining what I went through.

But actually, I believe that the question comes from a desire to do the same. Many people want to become a Youtuber or an online creator like me, but they don't know how to begin. Many are overwhelmed by the choices they have today (something that I was lucky enough to avoid back in my day).

Beyond that, many more are paralyzed by the anxiety of putting themselves out there: "What would the people think of me?" Because of that and more, I decided to offer this beginner workshop for people who want to take the first step with me.

When I travel for talks or organize a program somewhere, I usually get a message, "Why won't you come here to my university?"

The thing is, my dream is to go everywhere. I don't discriminate. But reality is, you can't simply walk into someone's home without permission. The same goes for universities and other institutions. I have to be invited and earned the permission to be there for a program.

So if you would like to invite me over, I am all for it. Simply contact me and we'll work something out.

But I understand that not everyone can attend my talks and programs, for various reasons that I am or am not aware of. That is why I decided to start doing online video courses on Skillshare, to be able to reach more people out there.
